Poke Party

Poke Party 2.jpg

With patio season around the corner, it is time to start thinking about ideas for summer dining! A great concept for a healthy, refreshing, customizable and interactive dinner is a DIY Poke Bowl Party. All you need to do is prep the rice & toppings, provide the bowls, and let your guests do all the work. Bonus points if you’re savvy enough to have matching chopsticks for a large group!

TIP:
Sushi grade fish is not an easy ingredient to come by. I have found that the seafood section at Whole Foods has flash-frozen sushi grade fish in the seafood department. Alternatively, visit your local fishmonger or H-Mart.
