Grilled Salmon Niçoise

This salmon niçoise has a certain je ne sais quoi to it! Grilled romaine, jammy eggs, homemade croutons and lemon-anchovy vinaigrette are a few of the things that make this board extra special! All of these summer vegetables are from a local farmer’s market and every bite tastes like they were designed to belong together.

RED- Roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes
ORANGE- sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes
YELLOW- Jammy boiled egg, homemade crouton, roasted lemon wheel, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes
GREEN- Spicy cucumbers, sugar snap peas, green beans, grilled romaine, frisee, capers, caperberries, grilled avocado, microgreens, heirloom tomatoes
PURPLE- Purple mini potatoes, baby spring onions, roasted radishes, radish flowers
PINK- Boneless fresh Atlantic salmon
WHITE- Roasted garlic, homemade lemon-anchovy vinaigrette
